£1,192 - Estimated average annual bill (Electricity & Gas) at typical use‡ based on national average of regional prices.
If you could save at least £1 a week - that's £52 a year - elsewhere at typical use‡, we'll tell you‡‡.
Electricity backed by low-carbon generation††. We make sure we buy enough electricity generated from a low-carbon nuclear source to match every unit of electricity we estimate our Blue customers use. Don't forget you can also offset your gas.
There is no early termination fee with this tariff.

Our 'MyAccount' service allows you to view and pay bills online whenever you like and submit your meter readings online or via our mobile app. These readings help us ensure your bills will be more accurate so that you only pay for the energy you use.
As an EDF Energy customer you’ll also get to take advantage of our UK-based call centres and receive great rewards every month with Thank yous.
If you sign up to any EDF Energy tariff you will have a 12-day cooling off period to change your mind.

Pay monthly by fixed amount Direct Debit or pay quarterly by Cash or Cheque. If you do choose to pay by monthly fixed amount Direct Debit you can take advantage of a 6% annual discount**.
You could get an additional discount by taking both your electricity and gas from EDF Energy.
Paying by cash or chequeIf you want to pay by Cash or Cheque please give us a call on 0800 056 5927* (new customers) or 0800 096 9000* (existing customers).
You can choose to offset the CO2 emissions associated with your gas supply on this tariff.
If you do, you will pay an additional charge of 0.153 p/kWh (no VAT applies), applied to your gas bill. This contribution will be used to help fund a portfolio of global projects through The CarbonNeutral Company aimed at reducing/absorbing carbon dioxide.
Blue+Price Promise February 2015 is available to Dual Fuel, Electricity only and Gas only customers with Standard and Economy 7 meters.
This tariff is available for a limited time only and can be withdrawn from sale at any time.

‡ Typical use is 3,300kWh electricity and 16,500 kWh gas and 5,000 kWh electricity for Economy 7 meters.
‡‡ The £1 cheaper per week Price Promise is based on comparing electricity only or dual fuel Blue+Price Promise products against competitor products on equivalent payment methods and at typical annual consumption, launched since you joined or your last price alert notification. Where this results in the competitor product being more than £52 less per year, than the Blue+Price Promise product, this will be treated as the competitor product being more than £1 cheaper per week. Backed by nuclear electricity means that by the end of the 'Fuel Mix Reporting Year' we will have obtained an amount of low-carbon Nuclear electricity that at least matches the total volume of electricity we estimate has been supplied to all Blue+Price Promise customers in that period.
† Annual bill is based on a national average of regional prices for Dual Fuel customers paying by fixed monthly Direct Debit**.
†† Low-carbon electricity purchased for Blue is supplied into the National Grid. Blue customers receive electricity via the National Grid, not directly from low-carbon generators. For more information please see www.edfenergy.com/blue.
