Complex Meters

A complex meter is any meter, other than Single Rate or Economy 7, with two or more time-of-use rates. From 1 September 2017, you will be able to choose from a wider range of tariffs that may be suitable for you and your household. We currently can’t provide a quote for these tariffs online, so please get in touch with our Specialist Customer Services team on 0333 009 6980 if you have a complex meter and you’d like to switch to EDF Energy. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Examples of complex meters are Economy 9, Economy 10, Heatwise, Warmwise and Weathercall

  • We'll talk to your current supplier
