Complex Meters
A complex meter is any meter, other than Single Rate or Economy 7, with two or more time-of-use rates. From 1 September 2017, you will be able to choose from a wider range of tariffs that may be suitable for you and your household. We currently can’t provide a quote for these tariffs online, so please get in touch with our Specialist Customer Services team on 0333 200 5100 if you have a complex meter and you’d like to switch to EDF Energy. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Examples of complex meters are Economy 9, Economy 10, Heatwise, Warmwise and Weathercall
