What is EDF Energy Thank yous?

Thank yous is a rewards programme that says 'thank you' simply for being a customer.

Why has Thank yous changed?

We've been talking with a selection of customers who have been playing Thank yous over the past two years and we've listened to their feedback. We're now making some changes to the programme. We'll be unveiling an exciting new Thank yous scheme in 2014, giving customers the chance to win their very own Zingy. It's a small way of saying Thank yous for being with us.

What if I played Thank yous and haven't received my reward?

If you have won a gold or silver reward, you should have received a letter informing you of the next steps. If you haven't received this letter, please call 0800 092 3487 or email thankyous@edfenergy.com. If you have received a letter, you will need to phone the number on the letter to claim your reward. It will then either be mailed or arranged for you, depending on the reward. If you have won a Zingy bauble and didn't opt out to receive it, this will be mailed to you as a small parcel within 4 weeks of playing. All rewards need to be redeemed by the date outlined on the terms and conditions, which are available at edfenergy.com/thankyous/terms

Can I still redeem my voucher or reward?

If you have a bronze reward, you will need to download/print the voucher before midnight at the end of the month. Redemption instructions and expiry dates will be detailed on each voucher or reward details. Just follow these to claim your reward.

How can I find out more?

Email us at thankyous@edfenergy.com or call 0800 092 3487. Calls to this number may be monitored and recorded as part of our Customer Care Programme. 0800 calls are free from UK landlines; other network operators' charges may vary.

The app is showing I have no plays left but I haven't played this month

You will no longer be able to play Thank yous via the app.

I can't access my previous vouchers / the link doesn't work

Each bronze reward should be downloaded by the last day of the month, it will not be available after this time. If you have already downloaded the voucher you can redeem it until the relevant expiry date.

I'm not happy that Thank yous has changed
