To tell us about your home move so we can update your account, you can either call us on 0800 015 4781 to set it up immediately, or you can complete the form. We’ll update your move out details, and get in touch with you within 72 hours to set you up in your new home. We’re open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. The moving home form is currently only available to customers not on a prepayment meter. If you do have one of these, please call us on 0800 056 7777.
Request a copy of your bill
There may be times when you need a paper copy of your bill. You can ask for this simply by filling in your account number and postcode.
Change direct debit amount
It’s easy to change your Direct Debit payments. Just give us your contact details and your current Direct Debit amount. Then tell us what you’d like to change your amount to.

Amend your debt collection rate - Prepayment customers only
Amend the debt collection rate on your Key or Card meter. There may be times when you wish to Increase or decrease the amount of money your meter is collecting to clear an outstanding debt. Just give us your contact details and your current repayment amount. Then tell us what you’d like to change the collection rate to.
